Excellent service - as usual!

I requested Mark Woolsey to deal with a matter urgently. He duly obliged without fuss or consideration for working outside a normal working day. The matter completed, which was hugely appreciatd. Very highly recommended!

Sale of residential property

I cannot fault Copleys, notably Dawn Mackie with regards to the conveyancing and associated legal matters connected to the sale of my home. My house is Grade II, has a reasonably recent flood history and therefore no doubt flagged up some concern and additional queries from buyers.
Dawn advised me with the paperwork and guided me through the process. Front reception staff were always chatty and helpful and sent any papers I took in promptly through to Dawn.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Dawn and the Copleys team again.

Auction House Purchase

Clear advice and guidance was provided and all questions, no matter how small were answered in good time. The short amount of time allowed to discuss legal packs before the auction and then complete the purchase within the 28 day time frame is very tight but it was all managed incredibly well.

Excellent service from start to finish

An excellent conveyancing service from Copleys in general, and Lauren in particular. As always seems to be the case, a seemingly simple sale had a few twists and turns but Lauren kept me updated and fully informed at all times.

Sale of House

Copleys assisted us in the sale of my mother's house from out of probate. As part of this they advised on closing out a tricky outstanding charge on the property and straightened things out with the Land Registry as the property had never been registered. Dawn ran the process smoothly, kept us fully informed and was a pleasure to work with.

My Will

With my advancing years, I decided that it would be prudent to update my Will. (Some existing beneficiaries had died and others were in any event financially secure).
I had dealt with Copleys previously and felt that they would again do an appropriate job.
And so it proved…
