Easy and quick statutory declaration

I had Andrew Mortimer witness a statutory declaration for me and the whole process was simple and quick, no complaints about it.

Act without authority and over charge

A horrendous experience with Stone King. Breached my confidence and acted without authority on some matters, charged to issues they were never instructed on and a complaint was fobbed off with the excuse that they thought they were doing right and therefore were right. Be very careful in your choice if you’re looking at Stone King.

Divorce

I was very disappointed with the service I received from this firm. I placed my trust in the solicitor conducting my divorce at a difficult time but he was out of his depth. There was no financial scrutiny and I did not get a good divorce. I got the impression he just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. I would not use Stone King for any purpose.

Expensive and took over 4 years to complete.

As indicated in title, this firm is exceptionally slow for what it provides. Look around and go with somewhere else that offers faster/cheaper service.

Terrible Response Times

Used their web based contact form - still not had a response from that (nearly 3 weeks ago now)
Called regarding enacting LPA and EPA (urgent matters) to be told someone would call me back later that day.
No response for next 7 days even after chasing.
Having a different firm complete the work.

Gavin and Olivia were fantastic. Within a week of reaching out to them for support on a service agreement, we had an introductory call to help understand. Agreed next steps and they delivered within budget and time frame. I had a query to clarify one of the causes and left a message and had a written response within the hour. Highly recommend and will use again.

Called them twice just now and on each occasion the receptionist cut me off. Oh and no call back either! This used to be the best solicitor's firm in Bath; now they can't answer the blooming 'phone.

Poor phone manners: long waiting time before someone answers the call or just hang-up on customer. Don't deliver on what they say they will.
