Great Service !

Excellent service from RBD. Juliet Sarfo made the writing of my will an easy experience. Timely, helpful advice, I couldn’t have wished for better.

Wills and Probate

Perfectly decent firm. Not sure what some of the comments are about. We had a very good experience getting our wills done. My dad's probate was done by them too and it all went fine. I was pleasantly surprised on the fees and would def recommend.

Good value for money

I needed advice on a trust. The solicitor was cery clear in explaining something that is far from straightforward so very grateful. Also the fees were reasonable.

Shambles of a firm!

This firm has been dealing with a family issue for almost 18 months and showing no signs of resolving the issue.
They ignore your emails, they never update you on progress and they keep changing solicitors working on our case.
Very poor, slow and unprofessional service from this company.
Avoid using them if you need your legal affairs dealing with before the year 3000!

Make sure you obtain a price list

We were quoted a price for having a standard "Advice as a Guarantor" service. The process to set up an appointment was painful and took way too long. Attendance on the day had to be switched to in person causing me additional cost and when they sent the bill they claimed a cost for every email sent to set up the meeting that they so incompetently arranged. They also levied other charges without warning me that they were going to do so.

I disputed the invoice in writing and did not receive a reply despite several attempts to get a response. I did pay but I will never use or recommend this solicitor to anyone. We should have read the other reviews first.

Incompetent

I wouldn’t even recommend these people to write a basic will.
This company shouldn’t be practising.
Don’t ask them for Any help as their ‘senior partners would be hard pressed to control a kitten quite frankly.
Avoid at all costs.

Awful

Not been given proper information and been charged unnecessarily. I got original documents from court but they keep sending me emails from there side and been charged. Awful. I should have done all on my own from start and could have saved nearly 5-6k
