Since Heald Solicitors took on my case, everyone has been extremely helpful, understanding, and professional. They handled my case with priority and were always willing to offer assistance and advice. Both Kate, the solicitor, and Wendy, the litigation secretary, were exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. I I would strongly recommend this firm. The fees may be slightly higher than those of competitors, but in my professional opinion, the quality of service is well worth the investment.

We were encouraged by Resort Properties/Silverpoint to invest in timeshare. They always said it would be an investment and would be easily resold; this was far from the case. From our own protracted but unsuccessful attempts to address the matter, we engaged the services of Lincoln Green. We submitted all the relevant documentation in support of a claim involving Barclays. We were always kept up to date with progress and were delighted with the successful outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending Lincoln Green to anyone in a similar situation.
