Helen was amazing throughout the process of purchasing our first home. She explained everything clearly to us, kept us informed throughout the process and was always contactable on the phone. She made us feel really assured and we are so grateful to her for her services. We were a bit worried when Helen went on holiday towards the end of the process but her colleague, Mark, was also brilliant.
