APPALLING!!! DO NOT USE

If I could Leave zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling service. Haven't heard anything for over 8 weeks, constant chasing, writing emails, no one calls you back, no one replies to emails. Made an official complaint which they are supposed to acknowledge in writing and obviously haven't (what a surprise). We are now going to the legal ombudsmen to report them for the utter disgrace of a service. Please avoid at all costs especially if you need something to be done urgently.

Conveyancing

We used them for the sale of our house and our new house purchase. They were very slow, took ages to reply to emails, basically wanted us to do the job for them and also didn't get certification for something to do with our house purchase. I complained after the event and I got reponse from the partner which was in solicitor speak and basically made me out to be for not clarifying that we needed the certificate. I would definitely NOT recommend them at all
