We have been waiting for Soha to reply to enquiries since April, the sale has now fallen through as the buyers are fed up waiting, All Square will not answer their phones and on the off chance they do you cannot speak with the solicitor dealing with the enquiry.

They loose things and never respond to emails or calls. They are owned by Cortland in the USA so if your building is managed by any of their subsidiaries they pass the business to All Square. Needless to say the sale of my flat is going sideways as Allsquare never responds. When they do respond their documents contain errors and then they charge you to fix them!

Terrible experience
They never ever respond. I chase them via phone and email. They say that taking a month to respond is not “unusual”. There are so many law firms please avoid.

The worst experience
Please whatever you do don't deal with this company firstly they grossly overcharged. They never ring you back, you'll have to
plead for answers to questions through emails, which might take up to a month to answer. the whole company is a shame.
