Friendly, quick, helpful and accurate.

Mr Stuart Bagshaw was most helpful in resolving a case involving probate for an ambiguous will.
He was liaised between all parties, suggested a sensible solution and provided all documentation required to resolve the issue.
He was unfailing cheerful, professional and prompt throughout.

Review of settlement agreement

I instructed Robert Hill as an experienced qualified employment lawyer to review and advise on the draft settlement agreement prepared by my employer in connection with my agreed retirement from the firm. I was very pleased with the advice and service Robert provided which included following his suggestions for the re-wording of my proposed email response to the draft settlement agreement. This led to an increase in the Ex Gratia element of the final termination payment paid.

Recently we sold and purchased properties as part of a chain . Without DC Kaye's Sejal Chadha , the deal would've collapsed. Sejal worked very hard to bring the whole deal to a successful completion . When the rest of the sale and purchase in the chain were all going through trouble Sejal stayed strong , worked tirelessly and gave us guidance and support throughout . She is professional and knowledgeable too. Would highly recommend this solicitor.

Going above and beyond!

I had used DC Kaye to sell a property and Sejal was excellent. So when I found a new property, I contacted Sejal again. The house purchase wasn’t easy and there were many challenges but she kept her cool, explained every process and made sense of all legal matters. She truly went above and beyond and on top of that she is such a genuine and professional lady. Thank you.

DC Kaye saved the day

I'm deeply grateful for the outstanding job DC Kaye did in completing the sale of my house. The circumstances surrounding the sale were difficult given they picked up my file when my previous solicitors suddenly ceased to trade. They were able to navigate me through the final stages with a high level of professionalism, expertise, and efficiency.

In particular, Sejal's constant communication and updates throughout the process put me at ease and allowed me to have confidence in her abilities. Her attention to detail and quick response time to any questions I had was truly appreciated.

I would not have been able to complete this sale without her hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a solicitor and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

High quality service once again

Having used D.C. Kaye & Co a few times in the past, I didn’t hesitate to ask for the firm’s support when I needed to sell the house of a deceased relative. I received fantastic support, guidance and compassion throughout the conveyancing process from Julia and Cerys. As ever with D.C. Kaye & Co, the level of professionalism was first rate and their responsive communication was excellent. Thank you to the whole team: I look forward to continuing to work with them on other matters and will not hesitate to carry on recommending the practice to friends.
