Each member of the team was efficient but spoke in language that any individual could understand - so important when when knows nothing of legal matters.
Service was prompt, appointments kept, arrangements made to suit particular needs - such as a Zoom call with a group to save them travelling.

My nominated solicitor at Marc White & Co was Kate Rutherford and I cannot thank her enough for the assistance she has given me in securing a positive outcome to the 'minefield' involved in this procedure. Claire has been absolutely wonderful, helping me navigate a tricky time. Knowing she was there made a huge difference and I was able to rely on and trust her judgement 100% of the time. Her considered, calm, and firm-when-necessary approach was perfect. I've felt like I've had a friend holding my hand, navigating the negotiations for/with me.
