My nominated solicitor at Marc White & Co was Kate Rutherford and I cannot thank her enough for the assistance she has given me in securing a positive outcome to the 'minefield' involved in this procedure. This is the first step in selling a property in Spain whilst my husband lives with dementia and I will now be dealing with a colleague of Kate's at Marc White & Co for onward assistance with the Spanish authorities. Claire has been absolutely wonderful, helping me navigate a tricky time. Knowing she was there made a huge difference and I was able to rely on and trust her judgement 100% of the time. Her considered, calm, and firm-when-necessary approach was perfect. I've felt like I've had a friend holding my hand, navigating the negotiations for/with me. I have needed to work with solicitors quite a lot over the last six or seven years. Kate has been by far the best, always gave good advice in a timely manner, gave clear plain English explanations of process and options and had good contacts when a barrister was nodded. I visited Marc White & Co needing the services of a solicitor to sort out probate on my mother's estate.
