Absolutely superb throughout! Thank you so much for the extremely helpful support and guidance
through the challenges that arose with the sale of Lincoln Avenue, the (ultimately abortive) proposed
purchase of Elmcroft Close and the satisfactory conclusion of the Field Road purchase.
Richard was extremely thorough and diligent in highlighting potential pitfalls and available solutions,
and communicated them with an exemplary level of detail and clarity. I believe that he was very well

I have used RWL for many years and always go to them for any private client advice. They are honest and proactive lawyers and I feel get a better service than going to larger law firms. They have recently been involved in the sale of my parents’ house, where parts of the chain were causing difficulty. They dealt with it quickly, communicated with me and completed without any issues.
