Difficult Case - supported all the way!

Mr Thomas Middlehurst and the company went over and beyond to settle my case, with sensitivity, understanding and patience. Family cases are always difficult but they acted professionally at every stage. Would recommend them to anyone who is worried about dealing with family probate cases that require patience, sensitive situations and who need the support.

Recent dealings with Blake Morgan re Will & LPA.

Previously I had dealt with James Greig ,whom I had always felt easy to talk to. When he passed me over to Rebecca for a few adjustments to my will & LPA, I was a little anxious. There was no need to be. I found her easy to speak with , speedy with her replies,often early in the morning and efficient in her work.I feel assured that my wishes have been actioned and now safely stored with Blake Morgan for safe keeping.

Lisa Davies was recommended to us for settling our mother's UK Estate. As co-executors and living in Canada, my sister and I were kept routinely informed by Lisa about the process of handling what was, to us, quite a convoluted and overwhelming task. I appreciated her meticulous and methodical approach to the issues at hand. She gave us clear summaries of what processes were completed and what was yet to be addressed, including how and when they would be expected to be done. All this was done in a very personable and reassuring manner. I am very grateful we were able to use Lisa's expertise and I would highly recommend her services.

As a Canadian executor of my mother’s British estate I needed to find a law firm in Britain that could manage all the complexities. Lisa Davies of Blake Morgan was the one who navigated the ins and outs of the estate, including dealing with funds in the Isle of Man and a long-standing Trust.

Despite being in different countries Lisa maintained excellent communication with me and broke down complex proceedings into easy to understand dialogue. She and her colleagues made what could have been a nightmare situation into an stress-free process. I highly recommend Blake Morgan for help with executing wills.
