Ciara and Sophie were fantastic! Highly recommended!
Ciara and Sophie recently helped us with our sale and purchase, and are without doubt two of the best solicitors I've worked with (and I was in estate agency for a number of years). It was a very complicated sale, involving a tricky managment agent, a third party, and Herrington Carmichael solicitors who were acting for our buyer and were probably the most incompetant I've come across.
Nevertheless, Ciara was relentless, and her professionalism when dealing with these challenges was outstanding. The communication throughtout the whole process was amazing, and there was full transparently whether it was a positive or negative update. I don't think our sale would have ever happened if we didn't have Ciara on our side.
Sophie dealt with our purchase, her professionalism and efficiency dealing with any challenges was admirable. And again, her communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. She also worked with Ciara on our sale towards the end, and added some extra pressure on to our buyer's solicitors to get it done in time.
I would also like to say thank you to Aisha and Zahra, who helped out with a few bits on the way and were a pleasure to deal with.
We will, without a doubt, be using Ciara and Sophie when it is time to move again! We are very grateful for your support during the process.
