Mr. shoaib Khan is an excellent solicitor here at Greystone.
I genuinely can not describe in words how helpful he was, especially when there were many issues in documents provided by the seller. We were about to become homeless, and he saved us! Mr Shoaib has been communicating with the other solicitor in a highly professional manner and had gotten the issue resolved for us. He gave me a service exceeding my expectations, leaving me a happy customer who a doubt, use these services at future occasions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress free sale or purchase provided with excellent results. You will definitely not be left disappointed if you use him and receive a smooth sale or purchase. He is also quite a specialist with auction properties; he dealt with my auction sale in a timely manner, and we had completed it well before the deadline.

I used Greystone Solicitors to purchase my house and dealt with Shoaib from start to finish. He was always responsive, kept me updated throughout the process, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he made sure I was comfortable and confident at every stage.
Shoaib was professional, approachable, and really easy to work with. The whole experience with Greystone was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. Honestly, everything you’d want from a solicitor. I couldn’t recommend Shoaib and the team at Greystone enough. Definitely a 5-star service.

Aleshia, Tamara and Kiyren did a fantastic job!
We were able to exchange contracts and complete in a reasonable time frame. Many of them worked weekends and took time out of their personal time so that things could be done faster.
They were responding to emails in quick fashion even outside working hours, including during the peak of the stamp duty period (which we didn't have to worry about).
Can not recommend these solicitors enough for their hard work.
