The best

Can’t put into words how brilliant Karina has been from start to finish purchasing our first home. Answering emails at 10pm and receiving emails at 6am I can honestly say that she goes above and beyond for her clients.

Thank you again Karina you have been brilliant and I will recommend you to everybody and anybody.

Trainee solicitors

The worst solicitors I ever met in my life. I was waiting nearly 2 years for 0 outcome from my case because solicitors never did the job. I have to take case out of them to find somone else to handle it. My case was handled poorly without any attention. If you want to finish your claim avoid this company. Absolutely bonkers I can provide all evidence that they didn't care what will be the outcome of my case. Avoid them from miles away.

He and his team kept us both very well informed and up to date regarding any documents which needed to be complete and any actions we needed to take to enusre a very smooth completion and exchange. I cannot thank him or his team enough for the constant updates and information which was shared very regularly and made myself and my wife feel very at ease with the entire as imagined daunting process of buying our first house. If needed ever again will definitley be using him as my solictor!

Life-changing outcome!

I can't thank Zafar and Ikra enough for their help with my complex visa application. When my visa was about to expire in a few days, I had a free consultation with Zafar, where I explained my situation, and he reassured me that they would do their best for a positive outcome. I provided all the necessary documents, and Zafar and Ikra wrote a strong, flawless cover letter and submitted my application on my behalf. My application took several months, and they kept me updated with the latest correspondence from the Home Office. Zafar advised me to be patient and answered all my questions, including those about my right to work while waiting for a decision. Finally, the Home Office requested additional documents, which they submitted on my behalf, and shortly after, I received a positive decision. I hope everyone in a similar situation can experience the joy of such great news. Thank you, Zafar and Ikra, for your support from beginning to end for this life-changing outcome!

SLOWEST WORST Solicitor I have encountered in my life.
I have a personal injury claim with them where I was hit by a car at a junction. Rod and nails in my legs. No dispute of liability. Money waiting! Noone answers my calls or calls me. Case is moving at the pace of a snail. Those that answer have an attitude. 'If shes away on her lunch there is nothing we can do'.

Do not even get me started on the conveyancing department! My mum used them for her sale and she did alot of the work herself.

Ive had to get the director or Urban and Rural and my Solicitor to chase them up every single day for the the sale of my own house.

Avoid avoid avoid! Eww!

Janet Mahboob - Outstanding Solicitor – Highly Recommend!

We have had the privilege of working with Janet Mahboob at Greystone, and without a doubt, she is the *best* solicitor we have ever worked with in our 20 years of operating at Robinsons Estate Agents.

Janet’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to her clients are second to none. Her ability to handle complex cases with ease, while maintaining constant and clear communication, sets her apart in her field. She goes above and beyond to ensure every transaction runs smoothly, often anticipating potential challenges and addressing them before they arise.

Not only is Janet incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but she also brings a level of warmth and understanding that makes working with her an absolute pleasure. She truly cares about her clients and consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.

Over the years, we’ve worked with countless solicitors, but Janet has redefined what exceptional service looks like. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a top-tier solicitor. She has made a lasting impact on our business and our clients, and we look forward to many more years of collaboration.

Thank you, Janet, for your unparalleled expertise and dedication. You are truly one of a kind!
