I wanted a lease extension for my flat and really had no idea where to go or start, I googled various lease extention specialists, through process of elimination ie area really I phoned Sharmans and was put through to Hayley Jackson, immediately I felt very comfortable talking to her, she listened the conversation was two way and she explained the process and answered all my questions in laymans terms I found that initial conversation refreshing informative and non pressured and decided for her to act on my behalf, a decision I have not regretted once throughout the process, hse would always finish a conversation or email saying should I have any queries not to hesitate to contact her, which I did on a few occasions, each time she was friendly put me at ease and fully answered my queries. I could not be more pleased with her service 11/10 !

I cannot speak highly enough of her, thank you so much Hayley Jackson !!

Sharmans provided a service to prepare and register two Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPA).
The solicitor who acted on our behalf was very professional, understanding towards our needs and explained everything in a way that we all understood.
Any questions we had during the process were responded to very quickly.
We were grateful that home visits to my mothers house were possible, this was due to her mobility issues at the time.
We are extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by Sharmans.
