Ann Pryer was brilliant the both times she dealt with the probate of my mother and father. Farida Ahmed took over when Ann retired. Farida was also very good and kept me up to date and informed of what was happening.
Tracie Pryke dealt with the house sale, she was a little slower and not so informative. Often the estate agents would contact me directly because Tracie had not got back to them or not even asked me the questions

During medical testing I discovered that my will taken out with another group of solicitors was pretty much useless for my purposes. Having dealt with your office with two probates and also having the experience with the other solicitors of how not to handle a third probate I went to Marta for advice. A new will was drawn up urgently giving me priceless peace of mind when operation performed I had settled my affairs as best I could. At a time when I didn't need any more stress Marta was a star. Thank you

I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by all members of staff, especially from me lead contact, the care and consideration she showed following a very difficult situation was outstanding and for sure this attention to my personal circumstances helped the process run as smoothly as possible, which lead to a move into our new home.
