Probate

I can quite honestly say that Premier Solicitors are the worse company I have ever dealt with. There was no level of professionalism during the year it took them to carry out probate on my late husband’s estate. It was completed in January,at which point they took their vastly inflated fee. It then took them 5 months to pay out,and that was only after I told them I was going to seek legal advice!!

Exceptional service

After a great experience at the beginning of this year, I entrusted the conveyancing for my sale and purchase to Priya & Faith again. They were instrumental in getting the early completion I needed, kept me fully informed throughout and reacted promptly as required, all the time showing kindness and patience.

Using Premier Solicitors Again

I have used Premier extensively over the last two years for Probate (twice) and the sale & purchase of properties. Most recently I sold my house and purchased a new one and the legalities and conveyancing were overseen by Priya Hothi, Faith Mwale and the team. I won't lie, the process for both transactions was, at times, stressful but Priya in particular was excellent, yet again. She was always on the case and kept me informed and fully up to date, which is so important during times of uncertainty. So a big thank you, we are so grateful : )

Employment Review

I dealt with the Employment Head, Gary Lee and Zahra. From the onset a high level of professionalism was demonstrated by Gary. He put my needs as a client before the fees for the transaction. He was understanding of the situation and made sure that I understood the implications of whatever decision I made. He then supportive in moving forward after I made my decision. Zahra, was also very good at managing the timelines of the whole process. It was excellent service and I would recommend the team and Premier solicitors seeing as I had also dealt with them on another transaction previously.

I had been In the process of buying a house and using the solicitors recommended by the agency.
I felt as though they had put our purchase to the back burner and wasn’t in a rush to do anything quickly. I was warned not to change my solicitors half way through, but, I felt it necessary to take the risk and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made! We been recommended Premier Solicitors by our mortgage advisor and nothing was too much trouble. They took the job on, they completed within the time frame we wanted and they kept us updated.
I could not recommend them enough. And they had made the most stressful part of our lives that bit easier and they took the weight and stress away taking it on themselves. I highly recommend Agata and Adam and can not thank them enough. Agata is extremely confident in her job, always updated us and answered every single time I had a question, and being first time buyers, some were silly questions. She is absolutely amazing!
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone that want a reliable company and no stress in this process.

Sold a buy-to-let house through them. Efficient, service: they just got on with it, with no irritating secondary questions. Competitive fee, so I will use them again. (I have bought and sold many houses, this was the least hassle.)
