Solicitor always on holiday

My father left a will stating a solicitor from this company as executor. While happy enough to charge thousands for his services, when he is needed to sign papers or ask a question I get told "sorry, Mr Mclean is on holiday at the moment". Please look elsewhere for a reliable solicitor or be told "you should have read the reviews".
