This firm have not worked my case unless they get called several times. They have not responded to a formal complaint. I am over a year into the case and it is not a complex one.

Appalling company!
Had accident in 2023, was passed to these guys by my insurance company, so had no choice. A very simple claim just loss of earrings and whiplash not amounting to more than £1500. Over the year I have jumped through hoops to give them everything they need and requested, many calls, everyone blaming everyone else for not doing anything. 1st offer was back in March, no loss of earnings offered as this law firm forgot to add my financials to the pack!! I asked back then for the 3rd parties details as I could have this sorted quicker. I spoke with a Matthew Todd who asked for more stuff which I have sent back in April, this stuff wasn’t added to the legal pack again. Contacted a case manager Amelia Harrhy in July who apologised profusely and said she will send off the pack again with a counter offer and make sure this time all the paperwork is in order.
21st October rang to find out what is happening, guess what the counter offer wasn’t sent over, nor the paperwork and has been sitting there since April, with nothing being done.
They had some system issue in may/ June, but there is no answer anyone can give me as to why nothing has been done with the counter offer since July.
What is amusing is they take a percentage of what you win for their work, at this point I’m not sure what they have done? No callbacks ever, always requesting the same thing over and over again

We've suffered excessive delays dealing with a straightforward probate case. Now I learn , by looking online, the firm had a cyber attack on 6 May . I was not advised, have had no reply to emails and can't get through on the phone. I don't know if funds and/or my data has been compromised. I cannot understand why there is no customer support in place by now.

Beware of NewLaw Claims: A Disappointing Experience
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with NewLaw Claims, and I must say it was one of the worst encounters I've had with a company. From their incessant requests for the same information every time I contacted them to their complete disregard for promised callbacks, my experience with NewLaw Claims was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
One of the most infuriating aspects of dealing with NewLaw Claims was their repetitive demand for the same details every time I reached out to them. It seemed as though they had no system in place to keep track of previous interactions, leading to a redundant and time-consuming process that left me feeling exasperated.
Adding insult to injury was their blatant failure to follow through on their promises. Countless times, I was assured that someone would contact me regarding my claim, only to be left waiting indefinitely. It became apparent that unless I took the initiative to chase them down, I would never receive any updates or resolution to my concerns.
Overall, my experience with NewLaw Claims was nothing short of a nightmare. Their inefficiency, lack of communication, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your legal need

Almost 2 years since the claim of £300 started and done everything they asked, they sent multiple emails twice a week on the same form and kept filling it out for six months, now theres no emails or contact details to get in touch, they probably have kept the money.....
Stay away and go with someone you can actually contact.
