Ageas Law is a JOKE

2 years after having has a no fault car collision which i claimed a personal injury through Ageas Law, i have not been able to make any contact with them for an update. despite emialing them multiple times they simply ignor their clients.
How they are still allowed to continue is unbelievable.
If you have a choice i would avoid at all cost.

Absolute unprofecional needs to be reported to the onbusman

Clsim ongoing now 2 yrs
1 never pik up the phone
2 1 chap snoring while on the phone to me
3 constantly telling you any garbage in a bid to get you off the phone
4 nobody tell you the truth
5 make escuse like security breach
6 lost my medicall reports 4 about 6 months
7 2 yrs after providing them with sick notes and pay and them making me a offer they then retract claimming my pay slips are not clear to read and that they only hv 1 sick note when im 100 percent sure with proof that they have more
8 everytime u ring them they come bk with a different story
YOU ALL NEED TO CONTACT THE ONBUSMAN AS THESE ARE BEING INVESTIGATED AND ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY GET SHUT DOWN

Lack of Final Claim for Car Crash

After 25 months I am still waiting for my claim to be settled. 8 times out of 10 no one answers the phone. My CBT therapist has not yet been paid 6 months after my last session. I have written several emails of complaint. I strongly advise no one to touch this company.
Road side assistance was good, replacement of car was also good. But the final settling of my claim has been appalling. Causing further stress and anxiety to my accident that was not my fault.

Three years on no closer

Apparently they are rebranding themselves now and they are “New Law” Doesn’t actually make a difference because they are as pitiful as ever if I could give a firm zero stars and plead with anyone with half a brain cell never ever to trust them with anything more than a paper clip I would.
Lie after lie, incompetence after incompetence- shocking customer service shocking administration and just an awful law practice. Do yourself a favour avoid like the plague

Worst Company Going

They drag their heels to do any work. Constantly had to go back to ageas to phone them before they would act on anything.
Eventually I made a formal complaint, to which their response was to not accept the complaint, then refuse to carry on working in my case due to "my tone". Been waiting months for my paperwork so I can use a different law firm. A complaint to the SRA and Ombudsman have now been actioned. My advice is use ANY other law firm.

Absolutely Hopeless. Avoid like the plague.
uninsured loss claim.
After a Year Ageas law are procrastinating with my claim. Fresh out Manchester Airport long term car-park. drove to a quiet residential street, parked legally, some 2 hours later my parked vehicle was hit by an young Asian male at around 55mph. My car was trashed and later written off and the young Asian male driver was later charged by the police. I was stranded several hundred miles away from my home destination without any replacement vehicle for 3 days. Over a year has elapsed and Ageas law are still faffing about to raise an action in court to attempt to recover my losses.
It begs the question , why pay an additional legal expenses premium. I would have give zero stars for this review but, one is the minimum.

Avoid at all costs

Myself and my son were in a car accident, I was insured with ages so when I can a call from ageas law i didnt think to check them out before agreeing to them handling my claim.
They said they could handle my case on a no win no fee basis and take 25% at the end. My son was only 16 so he wouldn't have to pay anything at all.

My case took just over 12 months to be settled, my son had an offer 8 months ago that he accepted but then he didn't hear a thing, we chased and chased and finally got a letter today he's been awarded £1490 but after all of the fees are taken he gets just £748 - they told us he wouldn't be paying anything.

They never reply to emails, case handler is always on holiday and they mislead!

Do not use this company.

Please avoid using this company at all costs. Ageas Law are the legal firm that formed part of my car insurance I had with Tesco. My experience using this company is extremely disappointing, their communication and service is not what you should expect from a professional solicitor. Tesco should rethink using this company for their customers. My accident was in March 2022 and my case is still not resolved. They make contact by email and then it literally takes months to get one response if you are lucky. I have had numerous case handlers and passed around during the last two plus years. Their complaint process is non existent and ironically I have had no response from their complaint department either. I very rarely write negative reviews but this company is in a league of their own and should be avoided.

Have an ongoing claim that started in September , if I could leave 0 stars I would, you HAVE to ring them to get them to do anything, I’m in the same situation as I was when the claim began.
When you ring and you speak to different people they tell you things haven’t been done, things haven’t even been requested they throw eachother under the bus.
The service is beyond bad! I wished I’d looked into this company before starting the claim.
No one can tell you anything or give you a truthful answer
