Appalling service
I had the misfortune of being referred to Ageas by Tesco insurance following an accident in July 2022 , which liability was fully admitted by the 3rd party.
It's now March 2025 and after complaining through their complaints procedure ( no reply ) I've gone to the Ombudsman to try and get this resolved.
I've made at least 50 calls trying to establish progress ( never a call back ) but get told it's with management for a review.
Last call in January 2025 , i was assured they'd contact me within 4 weeks . Well it's 8 weeks , so i call again. This time , we'll call back in 24 hrs . Guess what , nada , so off to the Ombudsman we go.
Ageas , are , in my opinion, absolutely rubbish . Zero customer contact , zero integrity, zero reliability, zero customer service.
If management behave they way they have , how on earth and the staff goung to behave any better.
Shame on Tesco insurance for referring me to this appalling company.
Steer clear at all costs.
