Experience of work carried out

House conveyance
I only discovered towards the end of the transaction that the long delays had been the fault of my own solicitors and not those of my purchaser. The lawyer who had been dealing with my conveyance had left the firm and I was not told.

Two Thorough Conveyances
The company stuck at the arrangements necessary to drive these through, which were not entirely straightforward, given the incompetence of the managing agents of the properties.
