Excellent experience with Brett Swabey and his team
Brett Swabey, his partner Anthony McKiernan and all their staff provided a 5-star service in connection with the purchase of a property in Stoke-on-Trent. Even though the property's lease was very complex, the fact that there were a number of environmental factors to consider, and the fact that the conveyancing firm that represented the seller was not always cooperative or communicative, Swabey and Co. managed to get the transaction done on time (under very tight deadlines) and at a very reasonable cost. They have a very sound knowledge of the ins and outs of property transactions, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
