Jane Stanton

Family Legal Executive

Jane joined Berry & Lamberts as a Family Legal Executive in April 2025. She has been working in family law as a junior fee earner since February 2020. Jane undertakes a varied caseload, and has gained experience in most family matters, including divorce, financial matters, children matters, cohabitation disputes and Family Law Act matters. Jane is currently studying with Cilex Law School to qualify and specialise in family law. She is a member of Women in Law Kent (WILK) networking group and regularly attends seminars and webinars to broaden her knowledge. She also builds relationships with experts in all fields including barristers and mediators, to ensure that she can recommend experts to her clients that she trusts and knows will be able to support and navigate them through their difficult time. Jane previously mentored junior paralegals, in additional to her casework, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and understanding of family law. Additional Bio In my free time I enjoy exploring new places in the UK and abroad and spending time with my family and friends.
