Alice handled the drawing up and negotiations for me for the terms of a settlement agreement and ex gratia payment with my employer. The process was clearly explained and my options outlined at each stage. Any questions or queries I had were answered in a timely and clear manner. My employer needed chasing up a number of times which Alice handled diligently. The support I received throughout the process hugely reduced the stress of the situation for which I am very grateful.
