We were so grateful for her being our point of contact and can't thank her enough for her efforts on our behalf.
Lucy was fantastically professional and kept us up to date with information regarding our house move during very difficult times in Sprin 2020. She kept our mortgage broker and estate agent in the loop on important emails and was aware thate we were in need of regular updates. Buying a house is stressful at the best of times, but our buyer started to cause issues within a week remaining to completion which turned everything upside down. Lucy was a calm influence and managed to arrange things and give us clear information at all times.
