Excellent service for sale and purchase from Danielle and jade
I have had nothing but a positive experience from Danielle and Jade, I sold my home and myself and my partner used them to buy our new home. Although it was a stressful experience Jade and Danielle did all they could to reduce this stress and we couldn’t have wished for better solicitors, communication was super responsive and excellent at all times. Nothing felt to much trouble or a silly questions and you were never left waiting with unanswered questions or concerns.

Great service & communication throughout
Such an easy company to work with. I mostly dealt with Jade and Nikki and they made the process of buying our first house go so smooth. Very professional and friendly. Easy to read advice. Quick response to any questions. If I need solicitors in the future, I will be using PCB again.

Sale of property
Jade helped support my house move which historically had not been straightforward (using other organisation). Had direct contact with the solicitors throughout, something I had not had with other organisations historically used. I was kept up to date weekly, sometimes daily. Every question was answered and guidance was given. Very grateful for the service provided.
