Utter dishonesty
Paid this person firm to do conveyancing. Firm then closed. SRA no help. No idea if property has been correctly registered or SDLT paid over as we paid the firm.
No firm allocated to confirm transactions. Not sure what the point of the SRA is at this stage.
Utterly abysmal service.
Will be making official complaint.

If there was a minus they would be awarded
Firstly it is astounding that their page posts only good reviews, however, there is no option to post a negative review so the information is flawed. Used this practice and have to say the worst practice I have ever experienced and have used a few different ones over the years. It is impossible to talk to somebody and not sure if Mr Licence actually exists or whether it is a communal name? It takes weeks for an answer, nobody seems to know what they are doing and held up a reasonably straight forward transaction. We had to correct mistakes in Legal documents which really is unacceptable. When the transaction was completed we was not advised by the practice. I had to speak to HM Land Registry to get information throughout and was eventually advised that the matter was completed by HM Land Registry. We still have not received any communication from NBM or copies of documents. I have written to the practice over four weeks ago with a formal complaint and guess what .... no response, next step the Legal Ombudsman !! I would not recommend this practice,

BEYOND NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOUR
Disgusting. They did conveyancing on my sisters home which was owned jointly with her now estranged daughter and then proceeded to place all the proceeds of sale into her daughters account, over £200,000. Therefore my sister cannot get hold of the money as her daughter keeping it. This was a shameful act done by this solicitor. He should have given my sister her part of the proceeds of sale. Several letters have been sent by my solicitors to this company and as yet NO REPLY !!!

Truly awful service
I used NBM in 2019. I was told this completed in December 2019 but I've recently found out this didn't register at Land Registry when trying to buy a new house in December 2021.
They resubmitted all the documents (with everything they missed) in January 2022. Land registry have gone back and forth with them with requisitions. I was told today this had completed correctly but it hasn't again. I've now lost my house purchase and left in a difficult position trapped in my house where I can't release money, can't sell/buy, can't do anything basically thanks to NBM. I've had to refer to my MP, the legal ombudsman and SRA to see if this can get sorted. I would never ever ever ever use them again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you steer clear. It's been over 26 months since I was told this completed, and I have a house registered completely incorrectly. DONT USE NBM Solicitors.
