Hannah graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2022, following completing her traineeship with Hunter and Robertson. Hannah specialises in Family Law with a particular focus on the care arrangements for children. Hannah is instructed in matters ranging from contact/residence disputes, parental rights and responsibilities, declarators/non-declarators for parentage, and adoptions. Hannah represents clients in all aspects at Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, confidently and effectively. Hannah is regularly instructed in all matters relating to social work referrals including, child protection investigations, child protection orders, ground of referral proceedings and permanence orders. Hannah regularly appears at Children’s Hearing representing both parents and children/young people. Hannah is dedicated to ensuring that her client’s views are heard and their legal rights are protected. Hannah regularly instructs counsel in complex children hearing matters.
