We’re first time buyers & recently had our conveyancing done with Zenani’s team (through Campions at the time). The quote was really reasonable and we got a good quality service.
Zenani, Josie, and Zoe were all responsive, diligent, and clearly explained everything to us if we asked. Sills & Betteridge have brought a great team into the fold - would use again.

Great Solicitor
My solicitor was on the ball from start to finish. She had great communication throughout, which was extremely reassuring while purchasing my first property.

Top quality service - Thank you!
Having previously instructed Campions Solicitors, we were keen to work with Sills. The service we received on both occasions was top class. Zen and Josie are professional, personable and very proactive. We were always fully informed; speaking several times a day for a number of weeks. Their determination and work ethic enabled a successful conclusion to a sale/purchase that was made very challenging by the buyer and their unfortunate choice of Solicitors. We have previously recommended Campions and will continue to recommend Sills. Thank you.

Really happy with the service, excellent response times
I was recommended this firm by a few colleagues that had used the Nottingham branch of Campions (now S&B) previously for FTB home purchases and was extremely satisfied with the service provided.
My solicitor, Zen Thomas, had great communication throughout the entire process, always responding to emails promptly and being proactive to move the process along as quickly as possible.
The property I was buying wasn't actually even in Nottingham, but that wasn't an issue, and I'd happily choose this firm again for future purchases.

Excellent
Josie in conveyancing was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, she was efficient and dealt with everything in a supportive manner, due to the property we were selling was due to bereavement. The sale went through without any hassle and I know this is down to Josie working so hard with the transaction. Thank you Josie, you are a credit to your company.

Zen excelled
