I’d like to give a special thanks to Tara and her team - Michelle & Beth, for all of their help along the way with the sale of my first property. Tara acted on behalf of the purchase of this property when I bought it as my first home over 5 years ago and there was no question when deciding who I would instruct to act on behalf of the sale for me. It’s been a long and complex process due to the nature of the scheme, but it was made 100 times easier by all of them. I was kept me updated and in the loop, the team did everything in their powers to speed things up even with factors out of their control, and we finally reached completion. Hearing about others' nightmare solicitor and conveyancing experiences, having Tara and her team on hand was a breath of fresh air in comparison! Excellent Solicitors Who Are Very Thorough.
We sold our house through Hibberts, Nantwich, and also used them to buy our next one. It went very well. The whole experience from beginning to end was handled efficiently. Tara Crisp and her assistant Michelle always did everything they said they would, without delay. Excellent would thoroughly recommend them.

Calm, reassuring and efficient
Moving house is always stressful but it is magnified when you are helping an elderly parent

Buying first house
Buying your first house is stressful, but thanks to the Tara at hibberts that stress was minimal. She communicated clear and effectively the entire time, explaining to me and my partner every step and what to expect. She relieved our anxieties and provided a friendly space to communicate.

Moving home
Overall experience with Hibberts was good. There were just a few occasions when we found it frustrating to get a clear answer on proceedings. Sometimes we were asked things that we had already submitted or replied to.

Conveyancing
Tara and her team acted for us on the sale of our fathers property. The sale went through smoothly and efficiently despite the three executors living in different corners of the country, and the dates for exchange and completion being agreed far earlier than anyone expected.
