Danielle came to be at CWC after the successful merger Fursdon Knapper Solicitors, having worked there for 10 years. As a Solicitor, and Head of the Family Department, Danielle is experienced in acting for clients in all aspects of divorce, financial remedy, child contact disputes and cohabitation issues. She also advises unmarried clients on their rights under cohabitation laws, including Cohabitation Agreements as well as Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements. Danielle's caseload comprises all sizes of matrimonial assets with a particular specialism in medium to high net worth assets. Danielle is often instructed in cases that involve complex business structures, farms, pension funds and large property portfolios. Danielle is a member of Resolution and adopts a conciliatory approach to matters which supports negotiation and discussion over confrontation. When away from the office, Danielle likes to indulge herself in nature, embarking on coastal walks and spending time with her young family.
