I am a Solicitor at Duncan Lewis and I receive instructions in both Family and Child Care matters. I am passionate about ensuring vulnerable clients are protected and their voices heard. I undertake work in both private and public children matters and have acted for both Mothers and Fathers in disputes over child arrangements. I am instructed by Mothers, Fathers and Grandparents in care proceedings where the Local Authority has sought Care/Supervision Orders in respect of children. I am also instructed in pre proceeding matters under the Public Law Outline. I work closely with the Family Justice Centre and Women's Aid to assist victims of domestic abuse. I have also acted for those accused of domestic abuse.
