On going claim
I have been dealing with Catherine and her firm for 3 years now and they are so professional and do not hesitate to help with any issues and resolve them. Exceptional
From the beginning Catherine was approachable, an excellent communicator and broke down the process in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to listen, empathise, and give clear and honest advice. She kept me updated throughout the process, always happy to be contacted and encouraged questions if there was anything I wasn't sure about.
Most importantly I felt like I was completely validated with the way I felt after the injury. I honestly could not be more glad that I came across Catherine and would recommend her service to anyone.

Incredible!
Catherine has whole heartedly and completely changed our life.
Our case started over 4 years ago and it’s been everything but easy! Catherine never once gave up, her dedication and hard work to our case constantly gave us the drive and desire to see it out to the end.
Catherine was always extremely professional but also almost like a friend I’d known for years!
At times it got stressful with many obstacles in the way but Catherine was always an email or phone call away and always said the correct things to calm our constant nerves!
My story was not an easy one for me to talk about and i found it difficult to face certain aspects of my case but Catherine never once made me feel uneasy or awkward, she was always there to listen and give advice and words of comfort.
Catherine has truly become a huge part of our lives and now that our case is resolved I can honestly say I will find it strange not seeing her name pop up on my phone.

Couldn’t ask for a better service
Catherine has been exceptional from the get go. She was the third solicitor I approached and I knew immediately she was the right fit because of how professional she is but also how real and honest at the same time. Although clearly very knowledgable in her area of expertise, she didn’t bombard me with all the legal jargon to overwhelm me, nor was she patronising or disheartening (which I’d unfortunately experienced from another local firm).
Another factor that sealed it for me was how passionate she was about the case, I never wanted sympathy but until I spoke with her I felt like there was something I’d done wrong, or th. Catherine was supportive, empathetic and raring to go, to fight for me. From the moment I spoke with her (and ever since then) I have felt listened to, reassured and in safe hands. This being my first ever claim I had no idea where to start or what to expect; Catherine has always made herself available to talk through and answer any of my questions, keeping me updated (even when it felt liked we’d hit a brick wall for a while) and explaining the process clearly throughout. No matter what outcome we achieve, I’ll always be grateful to Catherine for making me feel validated at a bit of a low point in my life and for having my back.

Catherine has been absolutely fantastic during the whole during of my case.
The incident for me was extremely traumatic and very difficult to speak about and re live, Catherine has made it so much easier for me to discuss and she’s been so supportive and helpful.
Our case had been going on for a few years now and Catherine’s attitude and dedication toward it has not faltered once. Catherine has such a strong and determined attitude towards our case (as I’m sure she does with all cases) it gives us the drive to see it through.
