Naturalisation (British citizenship) with excessive absenses
I was well over the absences limit (by quite a lot, over 100+ days) for British citizenship due to the covid era absences and work travel. I was very worried I therefore wouldn’t be able to get British citizenship, but the Quastels team did such an amazing job and I received a successful outcome today in just a few months! I also used Quastels for my previous application for ILR where I was similarly dealing with excessive absences. The ILR process was also successful.
Both processes were such a breeze thanks to Quastels. Ask for Cheryl Ma, she is so on top of her work, such a pleasure to work with and did such an incredible job, I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Quastels!

ILR 10 years route
I’m extremely thankful to Quastels LLP for their outstanding assistance in securing my UK Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), especially given the challenging and urgent aspects of my case. Special thanks to Jayesh Jethwa, Cheryl Ma, Brian Baek, and Sviatoslav Melnyk – their professionalism and expertise made all the difference. From start to finish, they managed the application process with incredible attention to detail, devising a strategy that ensured a high chance of success and gave me true peace of mind. The value of their service was evident throughout, and I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommended.
