Having been put in a very emotive and highly sensitive situation. I found Sofia very adept at keeping the environment calm, reassuring and supportive. Sofia provided me with sound legal advice from the start and we went through many approaches to deal with the situation, and reviewed different options. I found Sofia excellent in her communication style and was very responsive and completed tasks almost instantly at times, which relieved pressure and helped keep us on track with the main objective.
