Legal advice re sale of property

Excellent support from Jasmin and Rebecca
I was fortunate enough to have Jasmin and Rebecca supporting me in the sale of my flat and the purchase of my house. They were super-efficient and got the paperwork going really quickly after the offers had been agreed, so that my side of things moved forward quickly and efficiently. In my sale, the other side's solicitor was really slow and dropped the ball on some important things, leading to delay after delay and a lot of stress. Jasmin and Rebecca's calmness and chasing of the other side to move things forward and get explanations about what was going on was really reassuring and they ensure things got escalated when the situation warranted it. I valued very much their reassurance throughout what became quite a stressful process and was very grateful to have them on my side as things reached a conclusion. In my purchase, they moved things forward quickly and provided me with all the relevant information and explanations to enable me to make decisions and they passed correspondence on from the seller's solicitor promptly. This transaction was much smoother, in no small part due to Jasmin and Rebecca's prompt actions and helpful advice. I can't express how much I have appreciated their support over the last few months!

Thoroughly professional
My recent house buying experience, (and I have had many) was the best by far. What could have been a very stressful time was made much easier by Jasmin Patel and Rebecca Bolton's approachable manner and the speed with which the legal process was handled from the very outset. Efficient yet unhurried. Would thoroughly recommend.
