Legal Representation for Medical Negligence Case
I would highly recommend Mr Robert Clarke, of Taylor Bracewell, to anyone who finds themselves needing legal representation for a medical negligence case. Very happy, would recommend

Excellent service, great communication
Robert Clarke at Taylor Bracewell has been brilliant. He has dealt with our personal injury claim in a professional, efficient manner and with understanding and compassion during a time which has been very difficuly for our family. He responded promptly to any queries. He took time to explain complicated legal processes to us in a way so that we could understand fully. Highly recommend.

RTA - Personal Injury Claim
Robert took over my case from another law firm that I was pushed towards by my insurance company. The service provided by the original firm was poor and I lost faith in them very quickly.
Robert was able to untangle the mess and get the case back on track, receiving an award in the region of three times what the original law firm were prepared to seek. It might have been more if I hadn't got cold feet.
Despite complications arising from the actions of the original law firm and other factors outside of his control that occurred since the accident, Robert kept me informed at every step of the way, regularly going through available options and the pros and cons of each. He was easily contactable whenever I had a question and was always more than happy to provide an answer or find one if he didn't know right away.
Robert was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend his services in a heartbeat. In the nicest possible way I hope I'm never in a situation where I would require his services again, but accidents happen and I wouldn't hesitate to approach him again in the future.
