I have went to Emma Williams Family Law to get help us I wasn’t sure how to deal with a situation I was in, from a start I received amazing support where I was professionally advised on what my options where in my case and what in their opinion would be most beneficial for me, I have made up my mind and decided to go with what amazing Hollie has advised me, she made is so easy for me as I didn’t have to worry about any paperwork as she took amazing care of everything. My case was long because the other person that was involved was making difficult for us but through out the whole this time I was reassured and I was aware of what I can expect, I was also informed of every step of the way and I was able to contact Hollie at anything I needed to. The case ended with a positive outcome for me just like Hollie and Emma have said. I am extremely thankful for their help as a lot of stress have been taken off me. They are simply the best and I would recommend them to anyone needing such help.

Emma and her team have been extremely compassionate and kind in their dealings with me. So very reassuring
I asked my partner to leave my home after years of abuse.
He has been demanding his "share" of my home, which I paid for.
Hollie explained to me that I shouldn't worry. I will not lose my home.
This on the back of some serious domestic abuse, I cannot thank Hollie enough for her calm, professional approach. Her clear intent to support was particularly noteworthy. Thank you.

Gaining Access to my Son
This is hard to put in to words, as i have had a rocky road we my ex-partner and being able to see my youngest son, as she believed that it was better for her ( not him ) not to see me and stopped me from seeing him for a total of six to seven months !! until i plucked up enough courage to go and see this wonderful family law firm.
There were so friendly and professional and able to help me, with great legal knowledge and advice to firstly gain access to my son and then, when we went to court ( 3 times ). I gained a moral victory in my case and now I am able to see my son a lot more frequently than i had been at the start of this year and also stopping my ex-partner from being able to stop me from seeing him. which in my eyes was a lot of money well spent. I am very grateful for all their help and would 100% use again ( if and when needed ) and recommend to all that need a very good service in the field of family law.

Throughout my time with Emma Williams solicitors, I have been given excellent service, very professional, and always replies to emails etc very promptly.
I must say that Hollie, who I have communicated through for most of my divorce proceedings has been excellent. She is an assasset to your business.
