Sarah Evans is the Head of the Family Department. She joined Coodes in 2008, and qualified with the firm. She conducts a broad range of family cases but has particular interest in supporting victims of domestic abuse and has strong links with local domestic abuse services as a result. Sarah also deals with a variety of financial matters upon divorce including acting in complex high net worth cases, cases involving farms and cases involving third party intervenors. She deals with a variety of proceedings involving arrangements for children including disputes between parents and cases where proceedings are issued by the Local Authority. Sarah also sits as a Deputy District Judge. Expertise Family Sarah deals with proceedings involving the arrangements for children and specialises in helping clients deal with complex issues such as domestic abuse, social services involvement, care proceedings and adoption. Sarah also deals with financial matters on divorce and acts in complex cases involving high net worth assets, farms and pensions.
