House purchase and sale - excellent service
We sold our house and bought a new home via Hunter & Robertson, and Danielle was our solicitor. We had also tried to purchase a different property previously and Danielle advised us with this too.
She communicated with us clearly throughout, called us back promptly if she couldn't take our call, made sure that everything was done correctly and persevered through delays on our seller's side. We were in a 5-person chain, and our purchase became very complex with four days to go. Danielle ensured that we understood what our options were and gave us clear, honest advice.
I think that all house moves have bumps, but where we experienced these, Danielle explained what was going on and we felt reassured that she could deal with them - which she did!
We completed on the expected date, and although this process could have felt very rushed and stressful given the circumstances, Danielle was a steady hand, managing everything smoothly and calmly. I felt like I could trust her to deal with all of the legal process, so that I could get on with all of the other house-move admin without worrying what was going on in the background. Excellent service overall, I would definitely recommend.

Buying a house
We have been with Hunter & Robertson since 1980 when we first moved to Paisley,we have stayed with them because they are very professional and Danielle is no exception, she helped us through the complete process especially guiding us through everything with the legal jargon,to help us understand everything we needed would always recommend her .

First home made easy
When you're a first time home buyer, it's safe to say, you've no clue what you're doing. It's quite the journey that requires a lot of paperwork and coordination. Danielle was our personal coordinator who helped us through every step of the process. Clear and concise legal advice and recommendations were given, without any pressure to follow that advice, the decisions made were our own. During the process we contacted Danielle by phone and email on many occasions, replies were prompt and phone conversations were with Danielle herself. Hunter & Robertson provide this service at a very reasonable price which included all fees. Title Registry, Standard Security, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax paid and taken care of for you.
In short, a First Class service that we would highly recommend.
