They also helped us draft some agreements outside of the standard purchase. Danielle and Terence were professional, kind, and informative all the way through. Secure new property
Danielle was magic. I had another accepted for a house pulled out as I found another property better suited to my needs and there was zero issues or grumblings even though she had done work. Always good comms and very helpful.

Personable & Super Efficient
Danielle has the patience of a saint!

Excellent Customer Service
After reaching out to several solicitors for assistance with purchasing my new home, I immediately chose Hunter & Robertson because of their straightforward approach and clear, upfront cost breakdown. Danielle was fantastic from the start—always in communication and keeping us updated on the progress of the purchase. While the process wasn't without its challenges, including delays due to our seller's house not being ready on time, Danielle guided us through each step and offered valuable advice. House purchase and sale - excellent service
We sold our house and bought a new home via Hunter & Robertson, and Danielle was our solicitor. We had also tried to purchase a different property previously and Danielle advised us with this too.
She communicated with us clearly throughout, called us back promptly if she couldn't take our call, made sure that everything was done correctly and persevered through delays on our seller's side. We were in a 5-person chain, and our purchase became very complex with four days to go. Danielle ensured that we understood what our options were and gave us clear, honest advice.
I think that all house moves have bumps, but where we experienced these, Danielle explained what was going on and we felt reassured that she could deal with them - which she did!
We completed on the expected date, and although this process could have felt very rushed and stressful given the circumstances, Danielle was a steady hand, managing everything smoothly and calmly. I felt like I could trust her to deal with all of the legal process, so that I could get on with all of the other house-move admin without worrying what was going on in the background. Excellent service overall, I would definitely recommend.
