Care for Client and efficient service
Stephanie kept good communication throughout and was very clear about processes. We felt that she was definitely advocating for us and was always accessible via email or phone. The Estate Agents that we used also said that they had been happy with the communication.

Job got done, but poor communication
I would say my experience was good at the beginning but stressful in the last month. I found the email replys were a bit blunt when asking for giving notice to my landlord. Hardly any communication on what was happening and the next steps. As a first time buyer, I expected to have weekly updates, but I was second guessing if the sale was going to pull through.

Incredibly helpful and communicative
We just completed on our first house and cannot sing the praises of Glover Priest enough. Specifically Stephanie Heaton and her assistant Chloe McLaren.
They were easy to get ahold of and to talk to and took the time to explain all the parts we didn't understand. At no point did it feel like they were dragging their feet or that they begrudged dealing with us. And they kept us informed at every step of the proceedings to make sure that we were kept up to date with the proceedings.
When we're ready to move on for our next property, I'm sure we will be back!

Excellent service throughout house sale process
The whole process of the house sale was made clear and straightforward with most of the process taking place online. Any queries were addressed quickly by Chloe who was always an accessible at the end of the phone. Timescales were fully met and we were impressed by all with whom we dealt at Glover Priest.

Conveyancing review
My mortgage advisor suggested glover priest solicitors and I was glad he did. I was fortunate enough to have Stephanie and her team as my Conveyancer who made speedy work of the purchase of my property and all the requirements that came with it. First time buy successful with GLoverPriest help

Conveyancing by Stephanie Heaton
Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Having used other solicitors for previous properties I found them very difficult to get in touch with, limited responses and overall a bad service.
