Absolutely Outstanding
It has been many, many years, since I have had the pleasure of dealing with someone like Steph.
From our first interaction to our last, Stephanie has over delivered and exceeded expectation.
Despite the looming Stamp Duty change and significantly increased pressures way over and above the norm, Stephanie remained the epitome of awesome and was informative, always one step ahead and ensured a smooth and faultless process.
I received updates; late in to the evening, before sunrise, and over weekends. Exceptional service and dedication.
I have not recommended anyone for years, because average seems to be the norm however, I would have zero hesitation in recommending Steph to everyone I knew.
Head and shoulders above other solicitors I have dealt with over the years.
Honestly, brilliant.
What an asset to Glover Priest.

Residential conveyancing - sale.
After seeking reviews from several local solicitors I instructed Glover Priest Solicitors after reading lots of positive feedback regarding this firm.
Stephanie Heaton acted for the sale of my property to together with her Team, I spoke mainly with Chloe and Stephanie would always answer any emails or queries by the end of the day.
Both Stephanie and Chloe have provided an excellent and efficient service.
In summary a very professional and approachable team, straightforward easy process with a client portal and always someone to answer queries and provide reassurance throughout what is commonly a stressful time.
I have already instructed Stephanie to act for the purchase of my next home.

Excellent service
Stephanie took over my home purchasing deal and has been incredibly transparent and helpful throughout the process. She took time to explain all the aspects and intricacies of the purchase and worked very hard to make sure the deal was done in time. As someone who understands very little about all of this, having a solicitor who is this patient and informative was a blessing.
I would recommend her to everyone!

Property Conveyancing
I have been dealing with Stephanie Heaton over the sale of my late father’s property. Stephanie took over part way through the sale process and I felt that there was an immediate and significant improvement in the handling of the case from that point onwards. Stephanie was quick to respond to emails and was happy to speak on the telephone to discuss progress and to explain what was happening. This made the world of difference and made the whole process feel far less stressful.

Sale of 77 Stanford Avenue
I had to sell my late mother's house as part of probate as she did not have a will. I contacted Stephanie and she helped me to complete all of the legal aspects of the sale of the property to complete the sale in a matter of weeks and ensured that payment for the property was completed before the Christmas break. I would highly recommend both Stephanie and GloverPriest as I also received a congratulations email from another of their colleagues. The service was very professional, prompt and efficient. I am very pleased with the level of service I received and I can highly recommend Stephanie for any conveyancing matters.
