Sale of 77 Stanford Avenue
I had to sell my late mother's house as part of probate as she did not have a will. I contacted Stephanie and she helped me to complete all of the legal aspects of the sale of the property to complete the sale in a matter of weeks and ensured that payment for the property was completed before the Christmas break. I would highly recommend both Stephanie and GloverPriest as I also received a congratulations email from another of their colleagues. The service was very professional, prompt and efficient. I am very pleased with the level of service I received and I can highly recommend Stephanie for any conveyancing matters.

Fantastic company to deal with
The experience from start to finish was excellent with Glover Priest solicitors and the communication from Stephanie was first class. This was a first time house purchase for me so I was very uncertain around the time and process but Stephanie made my experience very stress free. The client portal and information page is fantastic to keep up to date on the process.

Care for Client and efficient service
Stephanie kept good communication throughout and was very clear about processes. We felt that she was definitely advocating for us and was always accessible via email or phone. The Estate Agents that we used also said that they had been happy with the communication.

Job got done, but poor communication
I would say my experience was good at the beginning but stressful in the last month. I found the email replys were a bit blunt when asking for giving notice to my landlord. Hardly any communication on what was happening and the next steps. As a first time buyer, I expected to have weekly updates, but I was second guessing if the sale was going to pull through.

Incredibly helpful and communicative
We just completed on our first house and cannot sing the praises of Glover Priest enough. Specifically Stephanie Heaton and her assistant Chloe McLaren.
They were easy to get ahold of and to talk to and took the time to explain all the parts we didn't understand. At no point did it feel like they were dragging their feet or that they begrudged dealing with us. And they kept us informed at every step of the proceedings to make sure that we were kept up to date with the proceedings.
When we're ready to move on for our next property, I'm sure we will be back!
