Claim by Liquidator
I sought help for claims brought against family members for a company put into voluntary liquidation. After the relevant papers had been supplied, we had a meeting at which we got clear advice and a plan of action was discussed. The plan of action was followed and happily a greater part of the claim was shown to be not correct.

Excellent, High Quality Service.
I have had a series of bad experiences with solicitors in the past leading me to loose faith in the profession completely until I worked with John Bradshaw at Barker Gotelee. I was well informed at each stage of his work, felt confident to ask for clarification on elements I didn't understand and received realistic cost estimations as I requested them. I found my case was well understood without having to press at details and the advice was quickly and simply actioned without delay. Very much recommended.
