A breeze from start to finish
Myself and my husband thought best to use sills and Betteridge given knowledge of the new build site which was used regularly. Sanjeve was friendly, on the ball and given the house sale was quick and had a shorter timescale - everything was done well in advance, updated on the portal and quick. Incredibly professional service

Absolutely Brilliant
Highly professional, experienced, patient, proactive, and efficient. We had a tight deadline and were concerned about several aspects of the process, but Sanjeve and Lucy kept us informed every step of the way. Lucy and Sanjeve are Stars !
From day one, Lucy Dixon at Sills & Betteridge LLP has been amazing. I was feeling under a lot of pressure and unsure about starting the process, but when I called Lucy, she immediately put me at ease by saying, "Anande, don't take any pressure. I am your solicitor and I am working for you, not for anyone else." These words were incredibly comforting and made me feel confident that she had my best interests at heart.
After a few days, I decided to proceed and asked Lucy to start the work. She reassured me once again, saying she was there for any issues that might arise. From beginning to end, Lucy was brilliant—always supportive and available.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Sanjeve once at the Nottingham branch. His explanation of the process was clear, calm, and organized, which left a lasting impression on me. His professionalism and demeanor stood out, and I felt reassured that I was in good hands.

House conveyance

Superb service. Modest cost.
Our transaction was long-winded and not Straightforward. We were kept up to date at all times. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Sanjeve’s advice was practical and sensible. The cost was very reasonable. All-round a good experience. I would highly recommend Sills & Betteridge.
