I qualified in 2003 into a large commercial law firm, and joined Wollens in February 2018. Feedback on the support I received from my solicitor, Simon Bean.
My solicitor was sensitive and professional in what was a distressing case. He worked diligently to look for resolution and kept me well informed throughout. He managed my expectations well. He was prompt in his communications and although we never met in person because of the pandemic, I felt he knew and completely understood the case, and my situation.

Employment dispute
I contacted Wollens when my employer notified me that they wished to terminate my employment, without any grounds for dismissal. Simon rang me back that day, listened to my concerns and questions and immediately made me feel calmer and more in control of the situation.
He quickly got to grips with my situation and the personality of my employer, and was able to smoothly and swiftly negotiate a better settlement package without me having to do anything. He made the whole thing painless and stress-free.

Sensible advice
