After sustaining a head injury in an accident at work I decided to make a claim on my employers insurance. It was a difficult decision to make for me but he put me at ease and explained the process very well. He then assembled a great team including Bethany who stayed with me from start to finish. I found Bethany to be very professional and knowledgeable but also pleasant and understanding on a personal level. I always received great communication from her and together with the rest of the team she achieved a most satisfactory outcome that will make dealing with my symptoms in the future much easier. Anna Wilson
My case against Lincolnshire NHS Trust was a complicated one but from my initial contact with Mr Knight right through to my receiving the costs which I had incurred, some 5 years after the death of my wife, it was dealt with professionally and sympathetically by Anna Wilson and other members of the staff. She arranged appropriate consultants as necessary and kept me fully informed concerning progress and the occasional problem. She also requested other information which might be required from me and explained in detail why such information was needed. In particular when we did meet a problem which might have led to the case being abandoned she explored other means towards a satisfactory outcome. She consulted her colleagues and formulated a course of action which did lead to a successful outcome.
Anna's determination to succeed, her communication skills, and her professional knowledge made what was a very difficult period for me much easier to endure and I would have no hesitation in recommending her, and the firm, as appropriate.
