Excellent service
My buyers pulled out at the last minute on 2 separate occasions. The support I received from mfg was first class. Finally the house was sold and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill, as it was less than I would have imagined for an uncomplicated sale, let alone 3 tries!

Freehold purchase
As MFG Solicitors had been recommended to us, we instructed them to handle the purchase of the freehold for our property. We were provided with a friendly, professional service at a reasonable cost. 2 Spalding House
Having used the services of MFG for the last 34 years we have always found the firm meets all of our legal requirements and provides a great service.
On this occasion we were selling my parents property which was both an emotional experience and a financial requirement, after two abortive sales we finally succeeded in selling the property earlier this month (May 2023) at all times Beverley Clinton was extremely professional, polite and punctual keeping us up to date with the situation and giving great advise.
