Second time using Lockings, this time for sale and onward purchase, craig schofields team were extremely helpful, namely Katrina, who handled our case was very responsive and went above and beyond, responding to queries and catching up out of work hours. Would recommend 100%.

Selling property
We were well informed of every step of our sale via email and the deposit of money into our account was prompt. They did all the work which made it easy for us. Very pleased good job.

Efficient and Friendly service
Relatively easy to understand the procedure to sell a house a lot could be done online which was convenient and good that the office was local when physical contact was needed.
