Exceptional
Over the last 2 years Charlotte, and latterly Emily, had the patience of a saint! With the current market situation, there have been many ups and downs and 'nearlys' but throughout, everything was dealt with the utmost professionalism. We would not have got the sale over the line without such skill and tenancity. The sale followed a family bereavement and the guidance, attention to detail, kindness, compassion, patience and advice shown to us were second to none. We are so very grateful.

Excellent service
After a few failed purchases (due to matters outside our control) Charlotte (Amy and Kieran) was able to get this one over the line for me. Her proactive approach made sure nothing sat on the sellers’ solicitor’s desk for longer than it needed to be. Can’t thank her and the team enough

Sale of a property
Charlotte took matters in her stride despite some complications. The buyers solicitors were very slow but Charlotte pushed hard and the agreed timetable was met despite some stalling tactics. We were very pleased with the way Aquabridge acted on our behalf and would recommend them without hesitation.
