Purchase of first home
Kerry has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. So professional, so helpful and easy to work with. Hardly a day went by throughout the process without an update and explanation on what was happening. Very pleased with all the service we received, highly recommend!

We recently sold our four-bedroom detached house and had the pleasure of working with Kerry Tresidder at Coodes Solicitors. Exceptional service
I can't thank Kerry enough for the professional service she provided on the purchase of our house in Falmouth. We were up against tight deadlines as my daughter needed somewhere to live in time for the start of her University term. Kerry worked diligently with us and the sellers solicitor to help achieve our target completion date.

Exceptional speedy and efficient service
We used Kerry for conveyancing as she was recommended to us by Seasons estate agents in Looe. We received an exceptional speedy and efficient service. Communication was excellent, we always received replies to emails within minutes and she facilitated our move from France which was a complicated process. We would thoroughly recommend her

Super helpful, informative first house purchase
Being completely new to the buying process, Kerry and Debbie were absolute superstars from start to finish.
As a first time buyer, going through this process alone there is so much information to process. Both Kerry and Debbie have been wonderful answering any questions, helping with areas that were completely new to me and guiding me through the whole end to end process. No matter how many questions or how silly the questions were, they were always patient and helpful.
Seemed to be a breeze timing wise, which I believe was down to their efficiencies.
A huge thank you to both and anyone else at Coodes involved in helping me buy my first house.
