House exchange.
We used Boys and Maughan for the buying and selling of our house. They were very competitive price wise, efficient and kept us well informed through out the process. We would definitely use Boys and Maughan again.

Conveyancing
Overall excellent service. Fees as quoted a the start, clear communication prompt replies and the smoothest house sale & purchase I've experienced. (5th) I have no hesitation recommending, Tony was superb throughout.

House sale
Tony Michael was very efficient, keeping in touch by e-mail and telephone as required. Documents were dealt with speedily. The whole process took 6 weeks, which we were really pleased with. Our family has used Boys & Maughan on several occasions and has always been happy with the service.

Made a stressful job into a pleasant job!
Tony helped me with the sale of my late Fathers' property. It was a complex stressful task but Tony was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and supportive during the process and worked to deadlines that suited both myself and the buyer. Emails were answered promptly and I was able to visit the offices quickly when needed. Thank you for your help.

Tony was very professional, friendly and informative. In acting re: the sale of my Fathers' bungalow.
It would have been quite a stressful experience as we were selling the property in order to fund his care home expenses. tony made it very stress free guiding us every step of the way.
