Caseworker

As a Caseworker at Duncan Lewis, I specialise in Actions Against Public Authorities and represent bereaved families in inquest proceedings. I am enthusiastic about protecting client's rights and bringing to light any abuses of power and authority. I am also passionate about promoting access to justice, especially for vulnerable and marginalised groups. I have over three years of experience bringing Actions Against Public Authorities, and dealing with complaints and claims against the police and prisons where clients have been unlawfully assaulted, detained or mistreated at the hands of authorities. I currently work under the direct supervision of Director and Solicitor, Graeme Rothwell. I am also committed to supporting those who are vulnerable and have been involved in various homeless charities since the age of 18. Most recently I have been involved in the start-up of a food kitchen which serves over 150 hot meals a week.
