Family matter
Rita Ajidagba has recently represented me in a family matter, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Safe my 3 children back home from Foster care.
On the 27 /03/2024 Wednesday, my children school call social worker on my children in the school ages 3 7, and 10 years,children allegedly report their parents for being chastised ,which is a false story and due to long time mark on the eldest son brought from African 2years ago,
Police and social worker was called. By the school in which both parents were arrested. This arrest fall on Bank Holiday and without proper information and any formal arrangements 3 children 2 boys 1 girl was taking away from their parents and living the parents in a traumatised situation of not knowing where their children are? without properly knowing what it really means..parents signed section 20.
Our ordeal and story change positively when we contact Lawyer Rita Ajidagba of Duncanlewis solicitors and her experiences, and competent, coupled with dealing with councils on legal proceedings, help us to fight for our right and our children are returned to us unexpectedly after her efforts contacting the police,local authorities as well as the school and parents.
