I joined the Family and Child Care Department in November 2022 as a Child Care Solicitor, based at the firms' Croydon office. I work under the supervision of Family & Child Care Director, Kathy Walker. I qualified as in 2020 and was admitted to The Law Society in 2021. Since qualifying, I have successfully assisted clients in achieve their desired outcome in matters involving domestic abuse, divorce, child arrangements. With domestic violence victims, I work collaboratively with their supporting agencies to obtain the desired outcome for our clients. Mostly I represent parents in Child Care Proceedings under the Legal Aid Scheme and I occasionally assist privately funded clients with child contact arrangements. I draft document LOI to experts in child care matters and also I have had to apply to the court for my client to have an intermediary assist with court proceedings.
